Buy a Carmelo’s Gift Certificate

To purchase a gift card online, please fill out the below form and indicate the senders name and email, as well as the recipients name and email.

In the message portion of the form, please indicate if you would like a gift certificate email announcement sent directly to the recipient from our team, or if you would prefer the document be sent to yourself instead. Kindly also indicate any message or sentiments you would like the recipient to receive that will be written in the emailed gift card document.

The physical gift card will be held at Carmelo’s for the receiver to use when they next visit the restaurant, or can be picked up whenever convenient.

Please note that email delivery of gift certificate may take up to 2 business days.

Gift cards are also available to be purchased at the restaurant.
